Girls 8th Basketball vs. Ionia Middle School

The B team beat Ionia 26-18 with a strong second half performance. They played great team defense and held the Bulldogs to 3 fourth quarter points.
Braelyn Jackson-Pointer led the team with 16 points.
The A team was hot from the opening tip as they opened up a 21 point first quarter lead. This was a strong team effort, with all girls contributing on the court. They beat the Ionia 56-12. Alayna Aarmstrong led the Comets with 14 points while Olivia Navin added 13.
The 8th grade are home against Dewitt on Wednesday
