The Comet's traveled to Eaton Rapids Wednesday night for two games against the Greyhounds. The B team came out a little sluggish and trailed 4-2 at the end of the first. A strong 2nd period and stingy defense put Grand Ledge in the lead at halftime 14-5. The second half was a defensive battle with GL prevailing 21-14. They were led by Olivia Dodge with 12 points and Hailey Castelein with 4.

The A team continued their streak of coming out fast, opening up with a 19-2 first period run. They continued playing team basketball, with great defense and making the extra passes on offense. The Comet's defeated the Greyhounds 57-8. They were led by Grace Pribble with 13 points, Alayna Armstrong with 12 points and Kiara Page added 10. Olivia had 8 points and 8 assist in the victory.

Both teams are at home today against Portland.
