The Comets traveled to Mason for their final game of the year.

The B team started out well and went into halftime up 16-11. The Bulldogs pressed in the second half forcing many turnovers and out scored the Comets 14-5 taking a 25-21 victory. The B team was lead by Cianna Hall with 7 points, Olivia Dodge and Somiaya Houston each chipped in 6. The B team finished the year 2-9, they showed much improvement and a never quit attitude.

The A team capped off an undefeated season, beating the Bulldogs. They started out slow not converting early shots, but their tough defense and half court buzzer beater by Olivia Navin had them taking a 22-9 halftime lead. The second half the comets out scored Mason 19-17 with big 3's from Maddie Bartlett and Jayda Stocker, taking a 41-26 win and avenging their only loss from 7th grade.  The Bulldogs could not stop Alyana Armstrong as she led the Comets with 24 points. Strong team effort, with everyone contributing in either passing, rebounding or defense. This team finished their Hayes basketball career with a 20-1 record!!!
