The 8th grade traveled to Portland Wednesday afternoon for two tough matchups. The B team overcame a slow start to fall one point short 26-25 as a last-second shot just rolled out. They were led by Clare Powers with 5 points and 8 rebounds. Olivia James had 9 rebounds. The A team faced a very fast and tough team and lost 55-27. They were led by Ryan Rebec with 7 points, Avi Skinner and Lexi Raska each had 5 points.
