The 8th Grade Volleyball Teams played a fantastic match Monday night with both teams beating Okemos.
The Blue Team brought home the sweep; 25-20, 25-9, 15-7. Deedee Khoury lead the serving with 4 aces, 1 dig, and 2 kills. Ever Pratt-Hart had her first successful jump serve ace and had a kill.
The Gold Team pulled out the win after dropping the first set; 17-25, 25-17, 17-16. Ellie Baynes helped bring us back with 5 aces, 2 digs, 1 block and 1 kill. Angelia Cutts lead the offense with 4 kills, 10 assists, 3 aces and 1 block.
It was a great night for the Comets!!
