Girls 7th Basketball vs. Ionia Middle School

The 7th grade girls took on Ionia for the first home game of the season. The B team jumped out to an early lead and never trailed winning 28-2. Leading the B team was Emma Miller with 16 points and Kambree Eberly with 7 points. The A team battled Ionia tough opening the first qtr 7-3. Ionia bounced back in the second and the teams were all tied at halftime 15-15. Using nice free throw shooting Ionia pulled away after halftime to pull out a 37-26 win. The A team was leading scorers were Kate Oberdank and Brookly Rogoski both with 5 points.
